worth the pain good for massagers
I've definitely noticed my knee pain gone after a few days of use and now I'm tuned in and using them more often. It hurts at first, but after a while you get used to it. At first I could only stand on it for a few seconds with my socks on, but now I can stand and walk on it a little longer. I got them because of a TV show called Running Man and I was curious enough to try them and I'm glad I have them.
