Fat bike fenders are primarily used in cold weather and have to withstand the cold. I drove for the first time after installation. Ten minutes after the first, I slipped on the ice, didn't fall, but my foot caught the wing and broke it into several pieces. The seller (Bell's Bike Shop) has replied and contacted me, but they will not endorse the product. I get a piece of plastic and not very expensive but that's why they have to support it. Chances are their replacement will cost them a dime and help maintain their reputation. I will never be a dirty nut product again, that's for sure.
