I liked it at first, but the more I use it, the less I want to use it. 1st problem is that he only has 2 egg wells. If you want to prepare more than one serving (say 2 servings) you run the risk of clogging the central steam holes and splashing water all over the counter. The 2nd well corrodes immediately. I read in another review that you have to use distilled water to avoid this. Eh, I probably won't buy distilled water for a dual washer egg cooker. Third, you have to run it through 1 1/2 cycles to fully cook it. One cycle is fine for poached eggs, but for egg bites, liquid kernels are pretty gross. Finally, do not put a dishwasher-safe item in the dishwasher. If you do this, the non-stick coating will not be as effective. I still like it everywhere, but there are some issues with it.
