This product is very similar to the one that came with my bathroom but differs in a few key ways that make it almost useless. The original has a metal threaded hole into which a double screw is screwed, in this threaded hole is nylon. This makes tightening difficult/impossible. Also in the case of the original, rotating the top of the stopper rotated the bottom. In this case, the top and bottom can rotate independently. These things together make it so you can't screw it tightly into the tub, and it tends to run too loose and won't be straight up and down after a few days. Basically, the manufacturer has saved in several places, so it looks like the original part, but performs much worse. I do not recommend.
