Easiest installation. Very easy to open and close with your feet. Makes a full seal to fill the tub when I bathe my two kids. It includes a variety of screws to fit any bathtub drain and an optional rubber grommet to use depending on the height you need.

Competitive price, delivery on time, good packaging, normal quality, but the rubber plug was too short to seal the drain. UPDATE: Contacted DANCO support and was assured a new one with a larger connector seal would be shipped in 5-7 days. Once it is delivered we will provide an improved estimate. When I pulled the stopper out of the box it was already torn into a few pieces and the spring was loose. Thought ok it should all just fit together, we fought about 40 minutes and then we were able to screw it into our stick. As someone who loves the bath, I was EXTREMELY disappointed when my water kept coming out of the tub. My old one broke and had a plastic screw in the middle. When I was looking for a replacement I wanted something with a metal screw, either stainless steel or brass. Ordered both Danco and Westbrass to compare. Danco has 2 brass tips and fits both screw sizes. In addition, it has 2 rubber pads of different sizes. This is a replacement for the old HydroSpas Plug that was in our new old house. The original was built with a stronger 1970's design but as no suitable rubber gasket could be found a replacement was required. This device comes with two rubber grommets for different drain heights and two threaded inserts for most standard threads. Less than ten minutes to install and a very tight seal that keeps the tub full. Does what it's supposed to, very shiny chrome finish and a happy woman in the hot tub.

This product is very similar to the one that came with my bathroom but differs in a few key ways that make it almost useless. The original has a metal threaded hole into which a double screw is screwed, in this threaded hole is nylon. This makes tightening difficult/impossible.
