Broken, does not retain water or catch hair.
When I pulled the stopper out of the box it was already torn into a few pieces and the spring was loose. Thought ok it should all just fit together, we fought about 40 minutes and then we were able to screw it into our stick. As someone who loves the bath, I was EXTREMELY disappointed when my water kept coming out of the tub. So after about 6 baths he's back on the counter dismembered after draining my rotating salt bath and just after I got in the bath a few days ago!
