This is "normal " but could be better.
Gum placement is a little awkward and generally just "MEH" as an aligner removal tool, leverage just isn't everything for me. It's also difficult to place neatly next to my aligners in the Invisalign case. My advice: find another tool in the picture, it comes with a different set of aligner cases and works much better at comfortably fitting my aligners.
