Arrived damaged and used

I was happy to assemble and install it on my printer but unfortunately they sent me an obviously used and damaged item. The main part is covered with a low-quality tint, trying to hide cuts and scratches on the entire surface, someone obviously abused. A chipped spot on the bottom looks like it's starting to rust.
