I lost my Microsoft branded Surface Pro pen so I quickly sent it back. I was glad that the product could be inferior to the branded pen. I was. Not right. This pen is no worse than the striped one (with a few exceptions). Buy this and you won't be disappointed. Pros: - Full integration/synchronization - Smooth use and fine details - Great pen tip for good response. Cons: - No backend erase detection (it's a nice feature of the branded pen) - No "quick launch" feature - slightly slower (this may be a disadvantage of my surface pro 6, more than one pen)
