jar received very quickly and in excellent condition. They immediately showed their superiority over the traditional allen wrenches, but after over-torqueing one bolt, my 10mm bolt broke. Intrigued by the advertised lifetime warranty, I quickly visited Texton's service website, where I uploaded a picture of the defective part and provided the shipping address. Two days later I had a replacement in my inbox, very cool. My biggest complaint is that I now need a bigger toolbox for any other texton tools I might be using.
