I'm starting to wonder if the average person has quality issues. This is my second purchase in a month that has had a problem. (The other was a dented trash can) This mirror had a slightly dented mount that I didn't realize was a big problem until I'd already taken care of installing it. And the installation was a lot harder than necessary because it comes with PLASTIC screws and crappy drywall anchors. I had to remove two screws because the anchor just twisted in the wall because it didn't "fix" properly like the other two. Then he discovered the fragility of plastic screws when "tightening" after using a different anchor. The screw burst, part of it is in the wall! And note that I hand screwed it into the anchor because I know drywall anchors can be delicate. After finishing this fiasco, I was horrified to find that it barely sits on the mount due to a slight bend. It's too difficult to unscrew and return, so just hold on and don't touch! The mirror works perfectly. I find the sensor annoying and inaccurate, but I can live with that. Not the luxury product I expected.
