I bought this for my wife for the new apartment we moved into before moving to Afghanistan. She liked it at first, but after 2 months it stopped loading. The biggest disappointment is the customer service, I've tried to contact simplehuman 3 times in 3 weeks and still haven't gotten a reply even though their website says 24 hours. Very disappointed

I bought this mirror to replace a cheap floor mirror and free up counter space. I have also been satisfied with the quality of every SimpleHuman product I have had. The biggest feature that drew me in was the way the rear was telescoped. Most other wall mirrors on the market use cheap folding arms that will loosen over time.
