There is nothing wrong with this product. I bought this to avoid having to get on the floor to wash my shower as the pole is retractable and will hopefully help me paint my back. I don't mind bending my knees to clean, so I thought this would be perfect. Unfortunately, as you brush, the wand begins to shorten to its shortest position. I wish there was a better way to secure a long pole position. In addition, after washing the floor in the shower, the sponge did not stand up. Sure, my shower floor is textured, but I was expecting a stiffer brush from this brand. Right now I'd rather keep my bristles in hand and clear the shower completely than constantly readjusting the bar and buying new pads every week.
