We needed something to dust the 18 foot ceilings in our living room, clean the windows and vacuum the ceiling fan. This bar is easy to use and is a good product for the price. The length is perfect for our ceiling and window height - it wobbles a bit when fully extended. I was most looking forward to the window cleaner but was quite disappointed with the mop - it left streaks and our window frame made it difficult to get it all the way down without hitting the hardware. I ended up dropping the mop and taped my Norwex window to it, and no streaks! It's not super easy or super heavy, but it's definitely an arm workout. Will try outside on windows when weather is warm enough and definitely not using a scraper.
