The support team were very fast to respond, friendly in both English & French (and some other languages as well), always willing help with any question I had about their services or products - it was great! Nothing really stands out that we disliked so far but maybe there are things you don't realise until later when using them? We used reflected networks mainly because of its reputation amongst our clients who use VPS/Cloud Hosting from us regularly through word-of mouth recommendations etc., which they trust more than reviews online due to lack of transparency by most providers nowadays regarding what goes into those "reviews".
