DO NOT go one size up! I fluctuate somewhere between a 5 and 5.5, and kids are a size 3. Size 5.5 fit like a glove. I wear high heels very often. I'm 4 feet 8 inches. These heels are one of the most comfortable pairs I have ever owned. It has a soft insole that allows you to wear it at work for more than 8 hours! And as an added bonus, when you come home and take off your shoes, wounds don't heal. You'll want to wear them until bedtime! I will buy it in other colors! Based on previous reviews, most people decided to play it safe and order a size up, and here's the mistake. Buy any size you usually wear - you won't regret it!
