The loss of coolant is no more than 5.3 liters.
My old 5.3 liter Tahoe started losing coolant. No external leaks. No traces of coolant in the oil. With 195,000 km on the clock I don't want to spend a lot of money on it. I chopped them up and mixed them with new coolant after draining the radiator. 6 months later and many kilometers later there is NO more loss of coolant.
