Brewing 5 minutes out of the box

full disclosure made a batch with it but it worked great. Took a little on the burner/turned it off during the soak to keep it at 150 degrees. After that, the first boil took about 15 minutes to complete the boil. I achieved this by increasing it to 240 degrees C (the controls here are Watts; Temp/C and also in Chinese). After I got to the full boil. I lowered the temperature back down to 140Β°C for the rest of the hour. unrealistic accuracy. There was no boiling and the thermometer showed us around 212-215F, all boiling. In fact, instead of attending to the baby throughout the session, I left the room several times. I probably won't be doing this all the time, but with the farmcap in a simmering state and its constant temperature, I wasn't concerned about boiling over, which would wreak real havoc in this unit. A bit expensive, yes. But my new brew dojo over the garage isn't ventilated like the kitchen. And it is perfect and quickly meets all requirements. Very happy. but it is 1 day.
