I like that they are very helpful when you have questions or need help. They can also give recommendations for better ways of doing things if needed. The only thing is it takes quite some time to get through all their menus and options but once we figure out how to use them everything goes smoothly! We've been using this program for about 2 years now and haven't had any problems so far. It helps us keep up with what viruses there are by letting us know which ones are new and what not too much information at one time.
