Great Virus protection & Firewall software

I like that they are very helpful when you have questions or need help. They can also give recommendations for better ways of doing things if needed. The only thing is it takes quite some time to get through all their menus and options but once we figure out how to use them everything goes smoothly! We've been using this program for about 2 years now and haven't had any problems so far. It helps us keep up with what viruses there are by letting us know which ones are new and what not too much…

Pros
  • And most importantly keeping an eye open as well while working remotely because sometimes issues do pop up unexpectedly..lol _ '

Infocyte Managed Detection and Respone

The ability for me as an Incident Responder is that i can see who has been infected by what software/malware at anytime anywhere because of my command level access which includes being able from any where around the globe! This allows us have immediate control over all incidents we are handling without having them out side of site or outside network boundaries. We do not use this service daily but when needed it helps immensely keeping up morale among users knowing they will be handled quickly
