I wish I hadn't left any stars but then I couldn't leave a review. This was a replacement for a Sharp Microwave/Convection Oven I bought two years ago. The internal temperature dropped by 100-150 degrees. We'd take a loss (twice to a Sharp-authorized repair under warranty), but no difference. Ordered this and fried potatoes. Got a thermometer and SURPRISE, SURPRISE the same problem! I thought about the hassle with an authorized service and the SAME problem. I packed it up and sent it back. overpriced microwave.
