Review on 🔪 Aurora AU1230MA Professional 12-Sheet Micro-Cut Shredder for Paper, CD, and Credit Cards with 10 Minutes of Non-Stop Operation by Charles Adelaja

I was excited about this shredder as my apartment is littered with a pile of work papers. My personal paper shredder burned up when I started working from home, so this was a good option. Unfortunately, when I opened the thing and plugged it in, the "basket full" light came on immediately. After checking the blades, connecting and disconnecting and cleaning the sensors with a cotton swab: NOTHING. The safety features render this machine inoperable until the display goes off. The tank is completely empty. And the manual is vague and utter crap. I guess I'll call support in the morning. If all else fails, you must return this clumsy item. Great start to my week. **Update 4/14/20: Got a new paper shredder before the original was returned. That works great. Much better than my old one. I will update if it breaks again but for now I'm happy with the replacement.
