Had to fix rust in the cockpit of my 95 S10 and reseal the bottom and firewall. 3M 08367 was very easy to work with and covered the seams well. I applied it during the day and painted over it within 24-26 hours. 2 more weeks of wiring, adding noise insulation and cutting/installing new carpet. Seam sealing still looks perfect. I can't tell how difficult it would be to apply with a manual caulking gun as I used a battery powered gun, but it flowed great on the lowest settings.
