I ordered this Fossil watch and really wanted to like it. The problem is that the watch strap is too big for my wrist. This isn't usually a problem as it should be easy to remove a few links. Not so easy. First, there are no instructions on how to remove the links, other than referring the wearer to a jeweler or fossil store to have the links removed. Since I live 300 miles from Fossil I decided to visit my local jeweler. No they don't. I have to try to find someone. I decided it was too much of a headache because what if I still didn't like it and decided to return the watch! So I decided to return it without adjusting the band. NOW I cannot return the strap to the watch and of course there are no instructions. If you decide to buy this watch, make sure you have a good jeweler who can help you!
