I liked the ease of use of this system. It was pretty straight forward to learn how to navigate in order to do my job well.The fact that we were able to have our shipments go out in one day instead of two. The customer service is also a huge plus for me. There are not many companies who will actually pick up the phone and talk to the customer. We are still getting used to this whole new way of doing business but so far there haven't been any complaints. It has taken a little time to get used to the speed of communication in this industry but that is just because it is different from what I am used to before. Our trucks can now get to our customers faster then they could in two days! This has helped us immensely because sometimes our customers need their material in less then 48 hours. The best part about this service is that it provides me an avenue for transporting my goods in such away where I can avoid having them stay at home or risk being stolen by thieves because they are not able enought afford their bills! This means more money saved as well since there will be less expenses spent out due tot he loss/theft caused from leaving items unattended outside which usually results into loosing expensive merchandise like laptops computers etcetera.
