The scanner looks very good with the box
The scanner looks very good with the box, cables and instructions. Unfortunately, the upgrade process is terrible. I can't update and it won't interact with my 2000 Mercedes E430. I called Autel USA for tech support, waited for over half an hour and then the answering machine just transferred me to leave a message. I am really disappointed and will never consider this brand again. Thank you Revain for the easy return process.
