So I got it today. I bought it to complement my Echo Show to give it better sound when playing music. I was disappointed that there was an app that said it had to be downloaded. I didn't want to do it. I didn't need anything else to collect my data. Luckily I was smart enough to know that if it were Bluetooth it could connect to my phone. what he did I don't really need it to be or act like another "Alexa" so luckily in this situation I can make an (included) audio line from the show to the speaker. That works fine. So for me it works very well and has the extra sound I need. I don't really know how good this app is, one review says updates. But what updates does the dynamic need? Also, it has a micro SD slot so I can load a lot of music into one of the ones I guess and use it that way when I don't want to use my phone when I'm going somewhere. I haven't tried this little feature yet. It's big, makes great sound, and is easy to move or carry around from room to room. If I find a reason to use the app I will write another post about it.
