I love this little piece of plastic for breaking eggs. It has enough sharpness that a medium tap on the egg is enough to create a half-inch crack in the bottom of the egg. This makes it very easy to crack the shelled egg all the way to the end of the pan. There are no eggs on your countertop, no shells, no egg trays on the sides of the pan because that's where they jumped. Easy to clean. The color is good. Simple but effective. I keep mine in the front of my most used kitchen utensil drawer.
