I am a hot chocolate lover. I ordered them despite the reviews; remains sticky after brewing. Got everything that was in the picture. I will post a photo so you can see. Well I can say that these pods are packed with flavor. They taste just like the original sweets. The other hot chocolate flavors are absolutely delicious! Mexican hot chocolate has a slightly spicy flavor. I will mention that most of the mixture stays in the pod, giving it a gooey illusion. I just open the foil and take it out. I find that the chocolate used is so pure that it doesn't filter out of the pod entirely. I'm not giving 4 stars because I just love the taste and aroma. Chocolate leftovers in the capsule are not a problem for me, however this should be taken into account to make the process easier.
