I made the mistake of ordering this item only 2 hours later then I canceled but was told that they had already sent it. I do not think so; You can deliver so fast. So the item came to my address and now they asked me to deliver the UPS place for a fee of 7.56 and then return the label which I couldn't print? They want $1 to ship the label Printer still prints anything but this label. They want to treat the customer that way. what is going on with this company.>><<<<
