I usually wear Brooks shoes but bought them for a little change. They are very light and springy and feel great running 12 miles straight. I found that they run small. I usually wear a women's size 9 with Super Foot insoles. I should have gone for a size 10 to give me a comfortable fit. The Super Foot insoles were definitely required as this shoe features a very thin, thin liner with no arch support. Once I got the right size and insoles I liked them, but I still prefer the very similar Brooks Hyperion Tempo shoes.
