Review on 🗼 Lasko 2511 36” Oscillating Tower Fan with Remote Control - 3 Speeds, Black, 36 Inch by Danielle Smith

I really wanted to love this fan. Bought for my mum who had a stroke earlier this year and is bedridden. The remote control was a great idea. Looked good, very quiet. Up to 15 mins. Q, the fan started making a strange noise. like something was dangling inside? Or is it ok? I have to send it back but I don't know how. Maybe I should just not buy electronics from Amazon as the courier (not UPS/FedEx/USPS) was delivered twice by them and they seem to enjoy throwing our boxes away. 😭When vdo is loaded that's the sound it made and it's next to my tank so excuse the sound of running water 😁
