Definitely some problems with the product. 1. neck size, velcro on neck is too small, i would say 18 inch neck is the max, it wasn't big enough to use, gerry had to use with safety pins 2. much narrower than the picture shows, and the sides are not very firm would like more support on the sides. it works with some tweaking. much better than cleaning the sink or sending all the hair down the drain every few months to clog it, definitely worth the price, the material seems very durable, don't worry about replacing at all. Suction cups 1 extra in the package is very good. I don't think it will ever need to be replaced.
