The smell is not very good. And it takes a while. It smells like mint and chocolate, but strange. This is my first purchase of a hair product that I can't easily buy from a pharmacy. This is the first hair product I've paid over $10 for. And I've never used a clay styling product before. So take it with a grain of salt, but it's an amazing remedy. I have very thin hair and this product manages it easily while remaining manageable throughout the day. The declared average fixation is right, it is easily washed off the hair and hands. Even when it's cold, the clay comes out of the jar and spreads easily. I will buy it again. Unless I'm recommended something that smells better or doesn't smell like something I prefer.
