Good jump rope, and I've used many.
This one spins easily, plenty long for this 6'2" guy, works for my 5'8" daughter. The rope is the right weight - heavy enough to spin and if it grazes your foot it doesn't stop, but light enough to not sting if you hit your foot or ankle. You can easily shorten the rope by opening up the handle, pulling some rope through the end clip and cutting it off.
