Review on Harness Reflective Lightweight Harnesses Adjustable by Susan Walsh

I can usually use this to control my cat when I'm just walking but if for some reason she decides to walk away then I put it on me can't stop him. He steps back, pulls out his vest, which is still buttoned up, and a second later is on the run. This happened twice, and each time a loud noise startled him, so he just ran to the front door. He can also squirm and squirm, but that's a slower process and there's video of him trying. He's 12.5-13.5 and he's average for me. I've started with velcro on the loose fit and made it tighter but it can still come out. I'm not sure if downsizing will help or not because he's a cat and I have a feeling if he wants to leave he'll find a way. I wish I knew beforehand that the color orange is the orange safety vest. Less cute than I thought.
