For the price, I'm disappointed. There are some scratches on the metal parts. Not all edges are finished and some edges have drip marks. The "start" holes for the handles didn't even come close to the shelves and were missing. The wood is soft so you can just push down to make the first mark. After completion it was not balanced. We need a washer to balance the wheels. Drives very quietly which is nice. However, if you roll it up without weighing the top tray down and that tray pops out, be careful of your fingers as you could pinch them when you push the tray down. The colors are nice and it has the industrial look we wanted, but it looks like it could have been made at the school's lumber shop for less money. Unfortunately I need it for Christmas dinner tomorrow otherwise I would have sent it back due to these things. I just hope he eventually learns enough to hold the harness.
