I've tried 100 dpi low res, 16000 dpi high res and everything in between, nothing is a pretty spot. I tried low and high mouse output frequencies. I've asked to update the firmware as the manual says but got no response but watched the video which doesn't help or "maybe your mouse isn't compatible" when the manual says that they will provide firmware to fix compatibility issues and I will not buy another mouse if I prefer the Razer (which is recommended) Basilisk. They didn't try to give me the upgrade adapter firmware to improve as stated in the manual and I'm very disappointed.
