Update: I received a replacement and was able to install it without any problems. A tip for the BMW X3 is that there is a groove just below the screen and make sure you put the tempered glass in the groove before sticking it on the screen. It looks good and has been upgraded to four stars. I suggest sellers leave instructions on how to request a replacement they offer. First Review: Product broke trying to install. The installation instructions are not very clear at first. The video is smooth but does not show step by step. I see a free replacement but don't know where to call or reach them to get one. I am willing to re-evaluate if a replacement will be provided and works well.
