Most coaxial applications (cable, satellite, etc.) have an impedance of 75 ohms. So if you have an unused splitter output you will need a 75 ohm terminator or you may get reflected signals and poor quality. work is just great. If you wish, they also serve as slightly prettier covers for cable outlets.
