Great stones but in the right amount

This is my second order of this item but this is my first time weighing it. I ordered an item that weighed 28 pounds, but the weight is wrong. I received 28 bags, but each bag weighs 13.6 to 14.6 ounces, which means I'm getting 2.5 to 4.2 pounds less. On the other hand, the quality of the stone is excellent.
