never mind I opened my box to find everything.
Everything is fine. I opened the box and found that all three dividers had been knocked out of their sockets. I put them back in and then noticed the faint feel of the back of the case - the underside. I use this to store an extra piece of silverware so it's a heavy load. But I suppose I wouldn't take the suitcase out of the drawer too often. So I decided to keep the case. It will do what I need to separate my cutlery. But I wouldn't take it out of the drawer.
