Great quality: cycling

I've only had the light for 2 days and only tested it tonight. The headlights are easy to install and usually remain on the handlebars and seat post. I don't drive at night, but I usually drive at dusk and get home by sunset. I wanted to see what the lights would do at night and I was very impressed. These lights were a replacement for another setup I had. The brightness is incomparable, this one wins without a doubt. During the day I prefer to ride in strobe mode and not worry about being seen. The only problem is the on/off/mode switch. The headlights have a very soft feel, like having to hold your finger in the right position to turn on the switch. My other light, it was a simple press and it turned on. Tail light switch is terrible. I usually turn on the headlights as needed, usually in the middle of a ride. When I'm on the track I turn on the flash, when I'm on the sidewalk I turn it off. As for the taillight, I could never predict what mode it would be in (on, fast flash, slow flash, off). When the light is off, you may think that 3 clicks will result in a slow flash. Well, sometimes it is. Other times it stays on or off (these were the tests I tried after opening the box, removing the shipping papers from the batteries and pressing the button while sitting on the couch). Today I pulled onto the freeway and double tapped it hoping to hit a quick flash. I was only on the freeway about 3 seconds when the sidewalk was built. I pressed the tail light 2 more times thinking I turned it off. When I got home after 6 miles the light was in position 1 (on). My old taillight was a simple click and I knew what mode it was in and I could quickly check visually by looking down and back. You can't do that with this rear light. I like the front light but I will put my old tail light back on. PS, the rear light comes with 2 batteries installed and 5 batteries (a lot). I have no idea about the battery life, I'll probably check it out in the future.

Pros
  • βœ… Save yourself the hassle of changing the battery every week. The bicycle headlight is charged via USB. Charges from a computer or any device with a USB port. It only takes 2 hours to fully charge this headlight and the runtime is over 10 hours on the highest setting.
Cons
  • Not the best
