Overall, this seemed to be the best of the three vacuum cleaners, it has the highest suction power and the most compact design. So it seems to be working as it should. However, there are several problems. Some have complained about random things like difficulty opening the charging port (use your fingernail) or an odd power button, but those are pretty minor issues. It turns on in one step: a short press shows the battery status, a longer press turns it on, and another short press turns it off. The battery indicator goes out with a delay, which can confuse people. Easy. The big design flaw, however, is the odd cup-shaped lid that covers the nozzle. It fits very well and will require a bit of "breaking in" before it can be easily removed without leaving plastic splinters. All in all still a pretty minor point. If I had to repeat this, I would remove the charging port cover and make it flush with the outside of the case. This small piece of silicone falls off very easily and is then difficult to put back on. I would probably make the outer plastic shell a softer material so it deforms more easily around the tip of the nozzle and doesn't leave bits of plastic everywhere if it breaks. In general, do not use plastic packaging. Get rid of the stupid plastic wrapper holding it in place and tape a piece of cardboard inside. It also appears that the cord could be wrapped in paper instead. China needs to keep up with these big trends as American consumers increasingly reject wasteful plastic packaging. Obviously someone took the time to develop it carefully and it seems to work pretty well, but there is room for improvement.
