Well, I have fleece leggings myself and mine have some soft fluff inside and they don't. I bought these for my 4 year old daughter to wear under her Halloween costume and I'm a bit disappointed because they really don't. not that thick or soft, they are like thin sweatpants material, not really thick fleece. We love Carter's, but their quality has declined greatly in recent years.
Pros
- good value You are soft. We had two sets within a few months. they hold up well. We use them as pajama bottoms.
Cons
- Limited legging set color options, limiting overall style choices for parents.
