The base layer is very thick but does not adhere quickly to the sidewalls. so i love it I also like to use it for encapsulation. Simply apply a coat of base, hold your hand upside down for a few seconds, dry, wipe clean, then apply a thin coat of No-Wipe Glossy Top. Looks great with big glitter. Although I'm not a big fan of outerwear. It has a sticky layer and after you wipe it off it won't be super shiny. Both base and top coats also cause heat spikes, so be careful when entering a lamp with the lamp on!
