I originally thought this would be a great bag as it would fit all of my wife's work needs. However, after about 2 months, the lightning started to creep. I went to Amazon to inquire about a warranty/exchange and was told that the company has a strict 30 day policy whether it's a product defect or not. It must be unused and in its original packaging. I wish I knew - now you do, so stay away from this company.
