The product did not cause delight, but you can use it.

Bought on 8-08-19. Installed in the system. Got it right away and no problem.
To transfer the installed Win10 to a new SSD, I tried to follow the instructions from the Crucial website - figs there:
1. The link to download Acronis software takes you to the Acronis website, where it is not clear what you need to download. I find a support phone and call - when asked what exactly I need to download, they tell me that Crucial bought the utility from us and you should download it from their website and contact them for support.
2. On the 2022-language page of Crucial there is not a single contact to contact - no phone number, no email address.
3. On the page for the USA, there is even a chat (which was not working at this time of day). You can also download the software that I downloaded there, but the crap is there - even the installation did not start.

After an hour of all the ordeals, I just installed a clean system on the SSD.

Pros

Well, as it should be with SSD quickly and quietly.

Cons

Acronis software, allegedly included in the kit, for transferring an existing system to a new SSD, in fact, is not included in the kit and it is not possible to download from the Crucial website.
