I like that it is easy for my customers or clients who have allergies, food intolerances etc., because everything can be easily filtered out by their specific needs! It doesn't seem as user friendly when doing invoicing with this system compared to other programs such as Quickbooks Online which makes me feel more comfortable using them both at times but not always so great if they don’t sync up well together!! If anything i would say its helpful having multiple systems just incase one goes down (or someone forgets how something works) we are able use another program until things get back online again.
Have been very happy overall since implementation however there seems sometimes delays between updates from time-to-time even though notifications go through quickly otherwise no problems yet found within our organization thus far. ! So glad we went ahead w/this software now instead of sticking solely into paper records only method lol.
