I bought a monitor arm from another brand that needed to be strong enough to support my ultra-wide 35" Acer Predator. It was a complete failure. Returned this one and bought this one from ErGear because I bought a dual LCD mount there for my son's desktop. VERY impressed with the quality of the product. The ONLY issue I had was that the plate that connects to the monitor was actually too strong, or rather it was bigger than my old one and too big to fit in the recess I was using Was able to quickly run a few laps around the edges of the mount My angle grinder and problem solved. However, I'm giving it a solid 5/5 stars due to the way my VESA monitor mounting area was designed, which required a product change. If you have a heavy ultra-wide monitor, do yourself a favor and get one that matches the size and weight. I wish I could buy this one first instead of trying to save a few bucks.
